Carole has been a REALTOR® since 2001 and prides herself on
attention to detail and exceptional service to her clients. She
consistently goes above and beyond to bring the highest quality
representation to her clients and dedicates her efforts to creating
transactions where all parties feel respected throughout the process.
Carole is originally from New York, but has lived in mid-coast Maine
since she was a child. She currently lives in Owls Head with her
husband of 35 years and has two grown children who both live and
work in the area.
She is passionate about her community and when she is not selling real
estate or spending time with her family, she enjoys giving back to the
community by volunteering with the Weekend Meals Program through
the Area Interfaith Outreach. This wonderful program provides meals
to approximately 500 local children in need each week during the
school year.
In the past, Carole has served on her local REALTOR® Board of
Directors, as President of the St. George River Council and
Penobscot Bay Council of REALTORS®, as well as on the planning
committee for her local board. She has earned the respect of her
fellow agents and was voted St. George River Council REALTOR® of
the Year in 2012 and is also a member of the Professional Standards
Committee that oversees and resolves disputes between
REALTORS®.
Carole understands the complexities of real estate transactions and
works through them to help her Buyers and Sellers create the life they
want to live in the community and home that is best for them.
